How beautiful are these Cookie Cream Sandwiches filled with cinnamon chocolate semi-freddo? They were the recipe of the week on super stylish Design*Sponge a while back and I have been thinking about making them ever since – looks like they’d take a little effort so worth saving for an afternoon of pottering, when you want to impress. Would be a perfect garden party pudding.
